What is considered to be the important factors to gain success in life? (PR Project)

Background

Vielfarbig Company is a company which provides social activities for students. Our company has a strategy and creating the mutual understanding between students and its problem. Vielfarbig means colorful in English. As we know, students have a various characteristics. They still energic, rebellion, and they love to try anything new in their life. They want to fulfill their life in this young age with a colorful thing. So, we have chosen this name based on their needs.
We have a client that we have chosen. Our client are students of the London School of Public Relations. There are many problems that they have face everyday. Such as, they do not want to improve their ability. Meanwhile, they have to do that everyday to get more knowledge. The other problem is they want to be a successful person but they do not want to give their efforts in their life.
Problem’s analysis :
- Strength : Everyone wants to be success because they have
willingness.
- Weakness : Most of them do not aware about their ability.
- Opportunity : The strict competition will give the desire to learn
more about success.
- Threats : There are so many amusement place recently. So,
people will spend their time into that place to get more
fun.
We have chosen some problems that we have to handled. The problems are most of them do not have awareness to do their best, whereas they have an ability to achieve what they want and they are so many amusement place recently, so many of students will spend their time into that place to get more fun.

1. Program’s objective

In student’s activity, there are so many problems that they have face. So, they are lazy to get more activities to improve their brain. By creating something in their school or doing something important for their school, they able to getting better in their whole life.
All of the students have awareness in their mind, but some of them do not have it. In fact, most of the students in university do not have awareness to do their best, meanwhile they have an ability to achieve what they want.

2. Target Public
As a company, we already have a chosen our target public to make us easier to handle them, due to the fact that in this city there are so many universities around us, such as Bina Nusantara University, Atmajaya Catholic University, Tarumanagara University, and others. We have to make our target public change into a good person and good behavior.
Our segmented publics are students in The London School of Public Relations, Jakarta. They are female or male, from 18-22 years old, and they live in Jakarta. Their lifestyle is hangout after they studied in college. Their psychological are laziness fulfill their minds. They are lazy to reach successes and their dreams to make it true.
Every student has their own characteristic. Most of them are love to hangout with their friends after they have studied in college. They like to go to cafe, malls, and any other places that make the students interest to go. Based on our research in The London School of Public Relations, most of the students are spend their time to get a relationship inside the The London School of Public Relations’ building.

3. Program Details
We want to make a seminar for all of the students which we have segmentized. This seminar has a purpose to give all the students to develop their spirit. We as the event organizer should know how to make a good seminar, so all the participant will join it. Example, we invite a public figure who also care about the topic and have an ability to share their experience.
We are going to present the seminar in Plaza Semanggi, Sudirman, because we think that the place is strategies and near the university. We choose Saturday to held the seminar because this is weekend day, so we hope that the students can come and join the seminar.
The content details are:
· The speaker is Andy Malaranggeng (the President speakers) and Agnes Monica (An Actress)
· We would like to invite the The London School of Public Relations’ students, both male and female
· We decorate the place simple and comfortable for the students to attendance the event through the seminar
· We provide sofa for the speakers and the moderator, with comfortable chair for the students during the seminar
· We use projector, microphones, and speakers
· We provide lunch for the guest

6. Evaluation Method
- Invite Press Release from LSPR, Cosmo Girl , and Go Girl. We as a Vielfarbig Company want to make sure that our seminar is on their magazine in June.
- We will evaluate after we have done the seminar, start from the audience whose attended the seminar until end of the seminar.
